This is my first time posting on this site, so I guess I'll answer all the questions that everyone asks for.

cycles 1 6 weeks on test 400/ 400 mg/week and qv deca 300/ 450mg/week
Gained 25 pounds and lost 5 after being off for 6 weeks and about to start 2nd cycle on the 1st of may
lifting since high junior year in high school, and after that lifted when I could in the military when i wasnt in the field. Now i've been out for about a year and hittin the gym religiously.
I was trying to find a good way to take dbol. I've seen on other sites it says to break up the daily dose into about 4 doses, but with such a short half life I was thinking it would be better do take the entire daily intake ( 30mg in this case) a couple of hours before the gym that way I hit the gym while its still in my system.
this is gonna be my second cycle so feel free to give advice
