    gotta help...

    i just gave the nips a good squeeze and i got a lil clear liquid out...ive got gyno...i gotta do something asap...whats my first step bros? Ive got nolva coming in should be here any day...what else? Femara? L dex? i gotta get this to go away

    Don't squeeze them! Try ice packs, as well, while you wait for your nolva. Decreasing circulation in the affected tissues might help keep it down a bit.
