    Fast Food while on juice? Good or no?

    Hey...im a newbie and was just wondering something. Im on an EQ+Sust 250 cycle and A friend of mine sayd to just not stop eating no matter what food it is. I dont want to get fat or lose my abs....is it ok to eat mcdonalds and all that garb for the calories and protein??? helppppp...thanks

    I know a guy that got huge on Mcdonalds. He also took alot of protien shakes. But Mcdonalds was the only other thing....



    I wouldn't say to do it though...

    When im bulking I eat mcdonalds or wendys once a week maybe twice rare thou there foods do have some high protein but also high in fat... yes you can watch super size me but that guy also ate mcdonalds only for a month thats why it seems so bad once a week and so forth isnt going to kill you... if there is nuthing in ur food

    Agree with Judd...good for a cheat meal and probably OK in a real pinch, but personnally I avoid it if I can...it makes me feel sick, especially if I try to train afterwards.

    i usually spend about $20 on fast food when it's cheat day......no other days though..........the McD's oreo McFlurry is the sh1t, i ate 2 of them yesterday

    You can eat decent fast food if you do your home work.

    Wendy's ultimate chicken grill has 360 calories, 31 grams pro, 7 grams fat, and like 44 grams carbs

    or

    Chili (small)
    200 calories, 17 grams pro, 6 g fat, 23 grams carbs

    Baked Potato
    270 calories, 7 grams pro, 0 g fat, 61 grams carbs

    A lot of bodybuilders eat fast food every day in the offseason, the key word being offseason. You can do it also to get your daily calories but you are in danger of losing your abs unless you:

    1) Order the right kinds of fast food. See gooroo's post for examples.
    or
    2) Not eat fast food.

    Burger King and Wendy's are probably preferable to McDonalds.

    What you listed is perfectly fine..if you are talking about making that yourself at home...the stuff from Wendy's as you listed..is CHOCK FULL of preservatives and sodium...so in essence..you are putting a bunch of crap into your body along with those nutritional values...it's not worth it to eat a chicken sandwich and a baked potato from wendys if you have the option of making your food at home...that is unless you are stranded..can't get home...and there is nothing else to eat...and you haven't eaten in 3 hours...

    preservatives in a chicken sandwhich from wendys? so the spicy chicken has preservatives in it?/ where do you read this, i have read the nutrional facts

    Do you honestly think that the chicken breast from wendy's comes in fresh from a truck every day or two? Are you serious? All that stuff is loaded with preservatives so that it can be frozen and used at different times...

    Ectomorphs dont have any problem but better to do Wendy's triple or double quarter pounder but not supersize the fries... if at Wendy's take the baked potatoe or salad instead of fries. Easy gainers should probably stay away from fast food but as a hard gainer myself, I would make no gains at all if I didnt have my Wendy's triple, baked potatoe and homestyle chicken nuggets for lunch. On the other hand fast food will make the triglicerides soar, if you get somewhat blur vision or vision disturbances your triglicerides over over 300 (200 is expected maximum to be healthy).

    I dropped from 22% Bodyfat to now 9% BF and I eat Wendy's triple burger 5 times a week. But my metabolism and really roaring along right now.

    I eat mcdonalds on some days just to get the calories. I eat it in the morning so i burn the fat off when i do cardio
