prop and var

just got my first cycle and trying to figure about how much var i should take a day . i see a lot of people taking 40mg i was wondering if i should start with 30 since i am new to this.

I would atleast do 40mg. Im on var right now for the first time and I am running 75mg for 8 weeks

i am running eq/prop/var. been on the eq/prop for like 6 weeks, i just added the var in last week and started @30mg/day, but bumped it up to @40mg/day. the pumps on it are great. i am going to run the var the last 7 weeks of my cycle @ 40mg/day. if you have the funds i would run it at 40mg/day, but i still think you could get by with 30mg/day.

8 weeks should be fine - it'd be a good idea to get your liver checked before you run it any longer than that tho.
(I've run it 40-75mg ED for 18 weeks without too much liver trouble)
