    How much MUSCLE does one gain per cycle?

    Someone once told me that 4 pounds of muscle per cycle (say 8 weeks) is all one should ever expect to gain, maybe 6. The rest is water and fat.

    Is this true? This sharply contradicts the claims being thrown around most bodybuilding forums.

    I always see people saying that they gained '15-20 pounds of muscle, etc etc' in one cycle.

    anyone?

    I would say that's false. Many bros on here gain 16+lbs in 12 wks with LITTLE to no fat.

    Me on the other hand gained 30lbs my first cycle, kept 25 and some was fat.

    I also gained closed to 30 on my first cycle and kept about 20.

    who could ever say everyone would see the same gains?? we are all different and common sense tells you what i gain off one substance you may not and vice versa. if i am 200lbs you really think i'll need 20 cycles to get to 275lbs?? there is no magic # to say what one will gain on anything. some gain lbs w/o juice and proper diet in 8 weeks.

    Everyone is different so no one could tell you for sure what you personally will gain but you could take a consensus and see what the results are. I used 500mg EQ, 50mg tren for 6 weeks and 500mg prop. all weekly for a 3-4 month cycle and gained 16 and kept 12 or so. Good luck.....

    Id say a good cycle would be a 10-15 pound increase in actual LBM. More than 15 gets kinda hard if it isnt your first cycle

    however diet will calculate how much fat one gains as well.

    It is usually a 2-1 muscle to fat gain

    but if you diet is in order then 3-1 is possible.

    My first run with test only for 16 weeks got me 15lbs lbm kept, and i didnt gain any fat, because im cheater and i cut for the last 4 weeks .
