Alright guys I did a cycle that was as follows:
Weeks 1-12 Test e 500mg
weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day
Now i am on my third week of PCT, five weeks off of test and I am very depressed and I have next to no libido.
My PCT is as follows:
Clomid= 300mg the first day, 100 for ten days, 50 for two weeks
Nolvadex = week 1 20mg, week 2 10mg
Trib= 4 grams/day
Should I still be in this state? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
everything looked good.....there is no way to tell how long this will last.......everyone's body reacts differently to AS, and sometimes this will happen, but it's a risk we take. Just finish up your PCT, and see how you feel. get some cialis, maybe the effects of that will brighten your day ;)
Did You Use Any Hcg Either During The Cycle Or Afterwards?
Did You Experience Much Testicular Atrophy(shrinkage)?
I Feel Your Pct Was On The Short Side.i Would Have Used Nolvodex And Clomid For 4 Weeks And Only Tapered The Dosage Down The Last Week.
You Could Also Have Included Arimidex At 0.25mg/day For The 4 Weeks.
Some people nolvadex will decrease libido and sex drive. Get blood work done and see if your test level is close to normal. You might want to get off the nolvadex and see what happens.
Give the PCT a little more time since everyone is different. I try and run the pct a little longer than 4 weeks just to be on the safe side.
I get depressed in PCT, but I've found that the following helps - I use cialis, st johns wort, trib, tongkat & zinc (ZMAs prolly better)
Also try taking all your clomid before you go to bed that way you can sleep thru the worst of it - I also take a low dose of xanax with it to help me sleep - I was in real trouble until i started doing this - was feeling fine within a few days.
The important thing to remember is that it's a hormone imbalance causing all this - it will pass & it doesnt mean your going nuts - good luck
So taking the clomid before bed should help? I have been taking it first thing in the morning. I take the trib in three seperate dosages throughout the day, is this okay?
Yep Use The Trib 3 Times Per Day And Take The Clomid As Duke Advised To Avoid The Mood Swings As Much As Possible.
Make Sure The Trib You Use Is A High % Steroidal Saponins But Specifically High % Of Protodioscin The Saponin Thought To Be Responsible For Increasing Lh.

The trib i take is from Optimum Nutrition so I assume it is good but im not sure. I just hope I start to snap out of the depressed state soon. I will definatley start taking the clomid before bed until Im done with it.
Also, one more thing. Im going to go pick up some supps tonight at the nutrition store is there anything I should definatley get to help with the depression?

in my personal opinion the best tribulus products are sopharma's tribestan, thermolife's tribosten and twinlabs tribulus extreme.they are all concentrated to give at least 20% protodioscin saponins.
if you're depressed and this is your first cycle, then i would stay away from gear. that cycle was not strong at all :eek:Quote:
