Well im having qanohter go at clen, i've used it a few times in the past and decided i wanted to use it again this time following the new clen handbook by hooker. Anyway im on day 2 and aslready im getting those o so pleasant muscle cramps!!! im so excited......... I've been hitting up the taurine and water and potassium so it surprises me to get the so soon.... any advice for minimizing this, i read something a while back about tonic water helping to elimnitae muscle cramps...
