Does anyone else find that they look rough / ill while on?
OK this prolly sounds a bit vain, but...
When I'm on I always look a bit rough - slightly flushed & a bit ill / tired looking - anyone else find this ?
Anyone got any ideas how to counteract it ?

yeah duke i have that problem when i add anything to test. usually because of a hard time sleeping and the way i kick the crap out of myself at the gym. most people just notice i look very intense when training and a little more red. doesn't stop the ladies from taking a long look though

when i'm on i tend to become lethargic and don't want to get out of bed and am exhausted when i get home from the gym and all i do is sit at a desk for a job. i think it just wears down your body. there are those times where i'll be super amped though too.

Food intake, sleep & water dont seem to make any difference - don't get me wrong - the ladies are still interested, I dont look really rough, just not as fresh faced as usual... think it could possibly be the orals.
Yeah punch I definately get more lethargic with orals....could be related..

Only started my new cycle (prop + var) last friday but I already seem to have gained 2-3 lbs (water) am doing low intensity cardio EOD for 45 mins & eating pretty well - sleep could be better, but on past cycles even when I'm sleeping loads I still look a bit rough....

My face always becomes a bit red while on like I might have slight high bp which I probably do but otherwise certainly not ill.

there are days i train so hard i get home and get a little feverish and achey. almost like a cold or flu. a hot shower and a good sleep and it's gone. my eyes are red all the time and a little puffy eyed though

Man, I must be some sort of exception. I think I look ten times better as soon as the gear kicks in... might just be because my self-esteem goes through the roof.

Then stop giving all these orals and maybe your face won't be so flush
