1rst time test e user needs help !!

Hey everyone, great site!! I am going to be using test e for the first time. I have been working out naturally on and off for 2 years I am 26. I received a total of 18 each 250 milligram shots from a close friend who uses the same stuff so i am sure its ok. I am also going to be taking protein supplements with it. How often should I use the shots? My friend suggested 1 shot every 5 days?Do i need clomid or something else to take along with it?? What about cardio should i cut down on cardio while on test? I usually do about 30 mins a day after every workout? Any advice regarding this situation would be helpful.

I would sugest you do some more research before you start any cycle. I researched for a few months before I even thought about starting a cycle. Your going to need proper PCT before you get started as well as a good understanding of diet. I cant stress the diet issue enough, reguardless of gear you will never grow unless you are eating properly. Research Research Research use the search engine for specifics, its very helpful

You are gonna need to go the PCT forum and read pheedno's stick about PCT. But you are gonna need nolvadex to take along side of the test to prevent gyno, and clomid and nolvadex to take after your cycle to get your natural test production back up. The test needs to be taken every 3.5 days (monday morning thursday night). Your cardio could probably be cut back to 2 or 3 times per week. But like ace said you should stick around and research some more.

My diet is excellent, I am just not sure about PCT - I will do more research on that for sure. Should I take all 18 shots in a row or should I take a break after nine? What about creatine should I take that with the test ??
