    Do I NEED b6 for tren?

    I will be starting my second cycle in 12-15 weeks. Test P/Tren .

    I will be running nolva 20mg ED. Do I NEED B6?

    Don't run the nolva unless you need to - it will hinder gains. If you notice some gyno, start the nolva at 20mg/ed for a week. If it doesn't subside, then maybe its from the tren - start b6 at 300mg/ed. B6 isn't a bad supp to be taking all the time. It enhances energy to some extent.

    i would run the b6 at 200mg to start with as anymore than that can b toxic to your body,if you need to up it do so but otherwise i would stay at 200mg.

    b-6 200mg/day, Tamoxifen 20mg a day will not hinder your gains,it might keep some water weigh off, but most people don't want that type of gain anyway.

    B6 is a minimum with tren , and I reccomend dostinex.

    What if only running tren /prop for 6wks? Is B6 or dostinex still recommended?

    That's for progesterin gyno, right?
