    Sick or injured??

    I'm getting ready to start my first cycle of Deca and Test C. Suppose I am right in the middle of a 10 week cycle and get nasty sick like with the flu or sprain an ankle or wrist and couldn't work out for a couple weeks. Would I continue the cycle even though I wasn't lifting?? Just seems like this always happens to me just as I start a wicked new workout program and load up on expensive supps.

    I would continue it, then try to eat as much as you can, and get a lot of rest...
