How much of your gains are you keeping?

Lets assume a Test cycle at around 500mg/week.

After 3 months, how much of those gains would you say stick with you?

it depends on PCT, diet and training

if all those are done correctly and with a lot of discipline, 85% of gains IMO

if you threw in some tren to harden up some of the gains before you stopped would that help you keep more?

Tren can give some nasty sides, so be careful when you use it.

Anavar and Winny can both be used to harden up gains. Using Var or Winny for the last 6 weeks at 50mg/ED may help

It depends on your diet and training methods... and of course, proper PCT. Diet and training needs to be adjusted for the added bodyweight and/or strength gains.
