    Arrow anadrol 50???

    How often do u take the anadrol 50 is it an everyday thing or is it somthin u take only a few days outa the week???

    Take 50mg/day.. I wouldn't take it for longer than 5 weeks though..

    or take 100mg/day not longer than four weeks, see how you react to 50mgs and go from there. been up to 150mgs/day but not much diff from 100mg

    It is an oral AS so daily use is recommended.

    I would start with 50mg for the 1st week, then go 100mg for weeks
    2-3 and then back to 50mg for the last week but always taking milk
    thistle all the way from the day 1 and keep taking even stopping the
    drols for awhile.
