Only U can tell how much strain to put on the wrist. I had a friend with a similiar problem....and he slowly worked it over time. But it did take him some time until he felt comfortable to lift like he did.....a few months

I had the WORST tendenitis in my wrist until I tried this stretch, you feel better immediately after you do it once, do it every day and your wrist will feel better I got it from a book called "pain free" I dont know if this could work for you but you never know:

    >>Standing Wall Clock: Stand toed in (pigeon toed) facing the wall. Place your forehead against the wall with your hands over head with your elbows extended. Place your hands into the "golfer's grip" and rotate your thumbs off the wall so they are pointed behind you. The rotation should come from her shoulders. Tighten your thighs and relax your stomach. HOLD this position for one minute.

I really don't think steroids are the answer to your situation. Nor do I think they will help. Sounds like you need physical therapy.

We may be able to assist you with your injury. We have worked with many individuals that have had serious injuries. You can contact us directly and we will let you know if we are able to help you. Don't look at this to be the only solution previous response was correct that physical therapy will be needed also.

Bro, Hit up the Oasis rejuvination clinic. I know a lot of other bros out there who were injured and made some amazing recoveries using some HGH. I don't know how effective it will be for nerve damage, but you should at least check it out.

this is a complex medical problem, and we don't want to give advice about something we don't know about, could do more harm than good.

if you did choose to do an AS cycle, there are no proven benefits for your situation, but you would get more muscle all over your body. obviously, the muscles you could work would grow a lot more, but according to the studies, people who took AS and did not work out still grew more than more than people that just lifted and did not do AS. it's powerful stuff.

be really careful what you do, not to further injure yourself. I heard that joints can heal and temporarily feel better when on deca . My .02
