If you were to just finished up a cycle, for example a 12 week sust/eq cycle and you gained around 25lbs. Lets say that of the 25 lbs. you gained about 10lbs. of muslce...I know people like to stack up on creatine after their cycle along with pct to help keep gains. Is there anything you can do so you can hold the water so you don't deflate...I know a high sodium diet retains water...but would that really do anything...Anyone have any suggetions???
