Does it make any sense at all to taper Test E dosage down at all before PCT? Does using lower dosages help kickstart natural test levels, or is it a thing where once its shut off its done until you rid your body of synthetic test?
Say if you were doing 400mg/week, bump it down to 200, then 100, then 50.....
any ideas? any past studies on this?
no. dont taper.
nope, exogenous test will shut down your natural test production no matter what dose you are taking. better to just stop at once because you'll recover faster.
Don't taper. It used to be done before proper PCT was developed, but its a false concept now.
