    Western Union and ID?

    I'm trying to send about $4k to a friend of mine in Russia, but Western Union asked for ID. I've sent $ before with just a driver's license, but they also asked me for a social security card or a passport. Is this normal?

    they have to have ID and sh!t like that if its over 1000- also they just started to work with the Department of Homeland security limiting the amount of funds that can be sent and picked up.

    This is very true bro, same thing goes when you get money order over 400 or 500 dolls they report that with your ID information to Homeland.

    If theres a limit @ 1K, send it 4x
    cost more, but it will do what U need
    without giving up your info...
