Its purely up to you? Dont really know what to tell you bro. or yu could just extend the cycle a bit longer?

do 500mg on day 1 and day 4, total 1000mg the first week. If you aren't getting gains by day 15 - 20, your sh1t's fake.
I took the advice here and front loaded
my first week @ 800mg for a 400 12wk cycle.

Yea, frontloading some of the longer ester injectables is a good idea. You will probably have a few extra ml's of Test left...just run your cycle an extra week.

Initially, your levels are spikey from 2x/week shots. The shot gives a relatively powerful initial release after what... 1-1/2 days or something like that. Someone posted a nice graph on the board a while back. the spikes are of course less noticeable when levels have built in your body. Since initially you are starting from baseline, and levels are normal, simply increasing the dose and doing 2x/week shots increases the spike effect. But increasing the frequency of the shots will get test levels high just as quickly, without spikes.
No scholarly research here... just my opinions based on what I have read and thought about. But that is the way I would do it, and the way that I probably WILL do it in the future. In fact, I will probably buy with front-loading in mind, and stretch out the frontloading phase for 4 weeks, tapering the shot schedule appropriately, while shooting the same dose with each shot.
However you do it will work. I just THINK that this way would work marginally better.
