i always run 20mg/ed if that is your only anti-e....better option 10mg nolv/ed and .25ml ldex/ed....

start 1 week prior to get a constant level of it in your body. you could run 20mg/day for the 1st week prior then 10mg/day for every week all the way through PCT.

i run 100mg/ed for 30 days....some run 300 day 1, 100 to day 10, then 50 on out

i would just run 20mg throughout to be on the safe side. the extra cash you spend for more nolva is nothing compared to gyno surgery.

also let's just say you run 10mg for your cycle ,then when symptoms of gyno appear you will have to up it to 80mg/day until the symptoms subside anyways.

also with my experience by the time you up the nolva to 80mg/day the time it take to reach peak levels in the blood stream you could already start to have lumps. JMO

I would do 10mg the whole way through til pct run 20mg.

also run some l-dex at .25mg/day all the way through pct.

If Tamoxifen Citrate is the only anti-e that I am running then I run it at 30mg which is 20mg of Nolva(tamox base).
