ive allready bulked-up to 200lbs gettin ready for my cycle .im gonna do test/deca down da line and wonder what the best way to take these to get more ripped than bulk would be..also wondering if i should change sets and reps ass well as diet or just diet ?/
why deca for cutting? I would replace it with EQ.
I second that. I was thinking about running Deca but it's just not for cutting with test.
EQ holds less water retention and is a way finer drug for leaning purposes. Save that deca for the fall.
I would also leave your training the same as when you are bulking. Whatever builds muscle will help to maintain muscle.
