    End of 12 weeks - 400mg/week Test E @ Winstrol - PICS

I know most people on this board are pretty critical, so believe me when I say that it takes a lot for me to post these pictures up. So don't laugh at me

Well, just to start off....the Jan. picture is 'just one of them' that came out incredibly unrepresentative of what I actually look like. I threw it in there just for the effect. Believe it or not, my arms are 16" in that picture. My first injection was Feb 10th. The Feb picture is more or less a decent representation of my size at the start of the cycle. I weighed in at a tad over 170 at 6'0. Aside from that, yes, I know, I could have built a more solid foundation.

Yesterday was day 1 of week 12 and my planned last day. I am going to carry this out until next week for a total of 13 weeks. I see about another 2-3 solid weeks of growth while the test is still in my system doing its job.

    A bit of history:

I worked out solid for 2002 and 2003 and ended up getting injured on the job at the end of 2003. I took some time off and ended up completely losing motivation all of 2004. Jan of 2005 is when I started lifting again.

    Before Stats:
    First cycle
    24
    6'0
    170
    Arms: 16"
    Bench: Around 235 max
    Waist: 33"
    BF%: Who knows?

    After Stats:
186 (I was up to a little over 190 and changed up my diet)
    Arms: 17"
    Bench: 285 - 1 rep max
    Waist: 32" jeans fit lose
BF%: Who knows? Less than before.

    Short/Long term goals:
I need to build some mass on my chest
I would like to actually have visible abs - some less BF and more intense ab workouts I feel will do the trick
    Focus more on squats/leg exercises

I used the Bench press to gauge my strength increase:
    3/2: bench 225/3 235/2 205/6 185/10 195/6
    3/15: Bench 250/1 (needed help) 225/5 205/8 190/10
3/26: Bench 270 Absolute max - chest touch
    4/13: bench 275/1 225/9 205/10
    4/19: bench 280/1 225/10
4/25: bench 285/2 (had a tad bit of help on rep 2)

    Supplements:
    Test Enan:
    Week 1-3: 325mg/ml
    Week 4-8: 385mg/ml
    Week 9-12: 500mg/ml

    Week 7-Current: Winstrol 50mg ED
    Week 1-Current: Nolvadex 20mg ED
    Week 10-Current: ECA

No, I didn’t plan to change the dose like this originally. However, I don't regret the way it worked out.

    Diet:
For Week 1-8 I did a 'clean bulker' by basically following the sticky in the diet section. 300g protein, 350g carbs, and 70g fat.

Week 9-12 I changed up to a cutting diet as follows:

    Meal 1:
    1/2 cup oatmeal = 156cal, 3fat, 27carb, 6 protein
    protein shake (2scoops) = 220cal, 3fat, 6carb, 46protein

    Meal 2:
    4 whole medium eggs = 315cal, 24 fat, 2 carb, 22 protein
    protein shake (1scoop) = 110cal, 2fat, 3carb, 23protein
    1 cup Coffee = 52cal, 0fat, 13carbs, 0protein

    Meal 3:
    200g chicken breast = 200cal, 7fat, 0carb, 35protein
    1 cup lettuce = 7cal, 0fat, 1carb, 1protein
    1/2 tablespoon ceasar dressing = 60cal, 5fat, 3carbs, 0protein

    LIFT

    Meal 4:
    PWO Shake:
    protein shake (2scoops) = 220cal, 3fat, 6carb, 6protein
    2.5 scoop dextrose = 268cal, 0fat, 68carbs, 0protein

    Meal 5:
    200g chicken breast = 200cal, 7fat, 0carb, 35protein
    1 artichoke = 60cal, 0fat, 13carb, 4protein

    Meal 6:

    protein shake (2scoops) = 220cal, 3fat, 6carb, 46protein
forgot to calculate in 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Totals 2087cal, 56fat, 149carbs, 264protein
Actual calorie intake was more like 2300

I have enjoyed every second of this cycle and have absolutely no regrets other than not working my abs harder and not doing more cardio. I feel I got what I was looking for. For anyone who hasn’t done their first cycle, I highly recommend this cycle. If I could change the actual cycle at all, I would have started with 400 or 500mg from the get go and carried it all the way through.

Thanks for all the advice and help, I definitely wouldn’t have made as much progress without this board.

Definitely see the improvement. Not sure you needed the AS to acheive the results though. Either way, good job on making the committment and the results that you got.

Imo I think you could have dont the same goals and looked the same on diet and excercise alone. The juice didnt do anything but add a vein.

This may be true but do you think he could've done this in the same amount of time?

Thats nuts. Just because I didnt add 30+ pounds of bloat and fat doesnt mean I didnt get solid gains. I added more than 50 pounds on my bench and added nothing but lean mass. Notice my fat is also less than when I started?

Its true, many may add 30+ pounds (and I was near that before I started cutting some of it off), but how much of that do you think is pure bloat and fat?

Remember, due to the compound, I still have another 3 weeks of this in my system. The gains I received in a tad over 2 months, imo, would be impossible w/o the test. Perhaps I am wrong, but I dont think so. I screamed past all the guys who I work out with that are natrual and were stronger than me when I started.

I agree, however, that I could have obtained this naturally. But as asked above..in the same time? Face it, for most people steroids are nothing but a 'fast forward'. I could have done it naturally and maybe have these results in say 8 months or so (probably longer accounting for cutting the fat)? Instead of being 185/190 by August, I will be near 200, leaner, and closer to my goals.

Regardless, 15 pounds of lean mass in 9 weeks is awesome for a low doseTest cycle.

Glad to see your working hard and reading..It's paying off..Honestly nobody know's what you could of did or couldn't have done with or without AS..We have no clue about YOUR genetics..To those who critisize, post some pics we want to see your beautiful bodies....Newbrew very smart cycle..Iam glad to here about your strength gains and fat loss..Just try to keep what you got after pct and your next cycle you should blow up into the 200 pound range with even less bodyfat...Just remember PCT is the toughest part of a cycle..You won't feel like going to the gym or eating good foods(at least I don't)just push yourself through it...
    Good Luck bro

Good job getting your diet together. You've leaned out too. I think those are good results even though you could've made natural progress in the strength area before you started. I say you've done it all smartly and got results. Good job.

Hah, I was hoping I wouldnt be called out on that one.

Yea, 2000 calories (2300 to be exact) is a little low. I would like to get a tad leaner and then probably bump up to a 'clean bulker' closer to 3000 calories. The current diet is basically keeping the protein the same (around 300) but cutting the carbs in half.

I actually did a clean bulker, kept the same weight, and lost hella bodyfat!

I got some pics up in the forum entitled "10 months progress"

Its amazing what eating decent food instead of $hitty food will do!

LOL A terrible one... just like 5 sets thrown in somewhere on shoulder day, 3 sets of weighted decline crunches and 2 sets of leg lifts on a bench for example. I think heavy squats/deads helped a lot, as well as losing bodyfat.

2300 is more than low, its ridiculous for a bulker

you NEED to eat more, your gains are good yes, but from where im sittin it looks like newbie gains plus juice boost

You had little or no natural base to begin with. That's going to make it unlikely for you to keep a lot of your gains. Especially if you keep eating like a bird. You shouldn't even think about cutting for at least a couple years. Yo-yo-ing up and down in size constantly makes it very hard for your body to hold onto gains.
