clen and benadryl question

i've been reading a lot about clen and benadryl and how it upgrades the receptor... however... everytime i read the information seems to be slighty different

can someone please outline the dosage of clen.. from week 1 to week. xxx
and how to pyramid the dosage

likewise.. the use of benadryl and ketotifen
when to start them, and what dosage.. and for how long.. and which one works better.. safer. less side effects

with clen start slow around 40mcg and then work up to a dosage where the sides are bareable........ 120mcg or so.

Useing benadryl to upgrade the beata2 receptor. Take 50 to 75mg ED for 1 week every 3rd week while useing clen. Ketofin is usually taken everyday anywhere from 3 to 10mg through the clen cycle. The benadryl route is cheaper way to go.

does clen need timing?

benadryl and ketotifen what's the active ingredrient, and i do not understand why these two drug is taken different to upgrade the receptor

which is better to upgrade the receptor..
how much benadryl only 3rd week.. and keto everyday

Im taking my ben around every
3rd,6th,9th..etc..wks. I may start
a day or too sooner, or later by
monitoring my BBT. Hope this helps...

As for timing? Not sure what U mean..

My FORD runs ~18* TDC

Read what I wrote about Clen in the Profiles forum. I'm the person who discovered this use for Benadryl, tested the theory, and brought it to the members of BB4L and AR. Everyone else is repeating what I said, and since this is the internet, it's like that game "telephone" you played as a kid....

Hooker just read the Clen review, great, I have chronic asthma andthinking about adding it to my cycle, good work bro!!

i really want to know the differences between ketotifen and benadryl, i read your profile.. but it's so much that i couldn't... pick out the main idea

The main idea of the clen profile is "how to use clen and what it is"...but it's not a high-school term paper, so you won't really see a thesis statement...

Ketotifen: 1-3mgs/day

-or-

Benadryl: 50-100mgs/day

(every third week, for the whole week before bed)

-along with-

As much clen as you want until you can't take the side effects, or your BP reaches 140/90.
