is there anything i can do about night sweats from tren.~? last night it hit me i dont know if they get worse or not but it was horrable.
the only thing that helps me with the sweats is a fan that I aim right on me. And I sleep on a towel because washing sheets everyday is a pain.
blasting the AC might help
sleep butt naked, no sheets, and fan blowing at you on full blast
yeah , i guess all those would work, but i cant frezze everyone out. sleeping naked always works for me , but i figured it comes and goes. i just dont think i will enjoy a nights sleep till im off the tren
i open the window and aim the fan at me allnight... helps me pretty good
