triacana used alone is usually started with 1 tab twice per day and increased slowly to (increased by 2 tabs evert other day) to a maximum of 10-14 tabs spaced over the day as its half life is approx 6 hours.
if you are combining it with clen start with 2 daily and increase over a week to 6-8 tabs daily and see what your results are like before going higher as combining clen with triacana will have a synergistic effect on fat loss.
