    Question Need info on a cutting cycle?

    Hello everone, i am new to this site, and i really enjoy reading everything you guys and girls have to say. I am looking for some help from anyway who has the time to answer. I am 5"11 215 15 to 21% bf, i am looking for something to cut me up. i am willing to stacking on 2 items. not more. I have been reading but dont have alot of knowledge of this stuff. I do diet and i do cardio, please give me advice thanks for your time

    Welcome to the board.
    You should try dieting using Clen or Hydroxycut or something like that and get your body fat down before using AS's.
    Steroids won't burn fat. Diet & cardio will.
    After u drop some weight and bf then you can think about a cycle...

    The Clen is very hard to get in my area. and i have been dieting and i have lost a good 10 to 15 pounds but been having trouble loseing since. i tried changing my workout but it does not seem to help. But if i would do a cycle what do u think i need to do.. no more then 2

    You can get Steroids but you can't get Clen ?
    And like i said before AS's won't make u loose weight.
    But a good Cutter would be Eq & Winny.
    I still say look into some clen, hydroxycut or some exenadrine.
    Stick around and read alittle bit.
    Start by reading the drug profiles. Then doing a search on "cut cycles"

    How much would i have to take of the clen . and for how long. I also i think i need to lose befori start steriods . And do u mean clen and hydroxycut at the same time
    and i have been reading up on this for a couple of months befor i posted

    Just type in "clen " in the search and you'll have lots to read.
    Try to get the "super clen" that way you don't have to cycle it.
    I started off at 6'3 270lbs (somewhere around there) I only used hydroxycut, with cardio 5 days a week, and DIET. Got down to 195lbs. Now i'm back to 220lbs but w/ alot less bf.
    Diet is 80% of it. If you diet's not there then you won't loose the fat.
    What does your diet look like?

    MBaraso is right.... diet is the main thing bro. it make take more time but its worth it in the end. also how long do you cardio for ? im asking because your body burns calories the first 20mins of cardio. after the 20mins it starts to burn fat. if all else fails go with a winny/clen stack. buts since you said its hard to get clen where your at eq will do nice also
