1st timers read this.....

Im no pro but Im going to give you some of the things Ive learnt to send you in the right direction. Make sure your life ,workout, and diet is in order. Make sure you can dedicate 15 weeks to cycle and pct. STOP drinking alcohol. Next do your research and I mean research, ask questions and read threads for months( get your **** straight)!!!! Now learn what different gear does for you and find out what gear is good for beginners. Figure out dosages, learn how many mgs per ml a shot to take, how many injections and a good source is a must. ( Dont ask about sources on the forum, you will get banned)(ie read the rules of the forum).Set up a pct and figure out when to start it according to your gear. Remember, this is risky, take it serously and dedicate your self to your cycle!!Dont rush into anything, this is just some of the things Ive learnt and I have much more to learn myself. Anyone else have anything to add please do, just trying to help.

This by far the best respnose I have ever herd from a newbie! Nexwie or no nubied this was very solid information that think that it shoul be mandatory from them to ready to get PM powers or even a signature. Just my .02

I was thinking of writing something as well, titled "NEWBIE to NEWBIE".

also....

my 2 cents worth....
make sure u have ALL your gear and pct BEFORE u start...
and please don't post asking if a deca only cycle is a good idea....
put that in the search and u will find the answer u r looking for...

I didnt know about this site until I already started 1st cycle and was way off. After about 50 questions I finally got it straighted out, but I wasted time and some money, if it werent for this site and its members my first cycle would have been a dud, and i would have lost alls gains and never recovered natural test because I didnt know about pct!

I'm a newbie and I sit here and read this thing for hours...for cryin' out loud it's Friday night and I blew off some stuff to say home and "read". Just as well though...all of the people at the bar right now are probably calling me a pvssy....(evil laugh)...

I'll bet you they still think the Earth is flat.

gear is legit B4 you take, NEVER EVER take one sh1t without
knowing what you get in hands, other thing stop buying tabs
without boxes or blisters because this sh1t is risky if you don't
know what you're dealing with, sources can lie, they are also
human, hehe! So don't buy teeth for tit, bros, just my 2 denarios.

very good point, you can check with manufactures on codes on vials.

One more thing I would like add.

Folks should not get offened if a senior member,
a fellow newbie..junior...whatever it may be recommend
to search, while still giving some useful info. to that newer
memeber.

I feel there are too many new members or "peeps" as some
of them put it that lack the maturity for this website.
Because to me..insulting, cursing a memeber opens U to
the same critism. But politness always works.

Telling some of us to go F off.....Most of us here are on
the same journey. U recieve advice from a senior, or whoever
dont insult.....even if u disagree with a senior, dont insult....
