    How to Keep Water Gains After Cycle???

    If you were to just finished up a cycle, for example a 12 week sust/eq cycle and you gained around 25lbs. Lets say that of the 25 lbs. you gained about 10lbs. of muslce...I know people like to stack up on creatine after their cycle along with pct to help keep gains. Is there anything you can do so you can hold the water so you don't deflate...I know a high sodium diet retains water...but would that really do anything...Anyone have any suggetions???

    my face or stomach isn't bloated...just my muslces have a bigger appearance with the water...

    someone told me to increase water intake while taking creatine...but by increasing water aren't you actually going to lose that water weight since your body retains water when its dehydrated???

    Bloat makes people look horrible, At least me anyway. My face gets huge, puffy and constantly red all the time. It is horrible. I would never want to keep it like that all the time.

    o..that doesn't happen to me...my face always stays lean except when i'm taking deca or dbals...test doesnt bloat my face nor my stomach... my muscles get bloated but I don't really mind that...thats y i don't really wnat to lose it

    The only way i can see you always keeping the bloat it to constantly stay on. which is just retarded to even consider.

    You have to be careful. Many guys get so hooked onthe idea of gaining weight, some will purposefully gain 20 lbs of FAT and think it looks good... such an obsession to see the scale go up but problem is, if you want the "look", got to loose muscle trying to get rid of the fat later on, so why go thru the trouble of "over bulking"?

    On the other hand some people trying to loose fat, also think they are successfull to see the scale go down 20 lbs even if reality is, they lost 15 lbs of muscle and 5 lbs of fat... what did they accomplish??? The goal here is LEAN BODY MASS... everything else is TRASH.

    why? the water naturally goes away when your stopping using aas I guess U always can inject oil. or drink alot of water i dont know?????

    IMO i cant see how retaining water can be healthy for you. If we were ment to hold that much water to begin with, than we wouldnt lose it off a cycle. I think you are just asking for trouble...

    I think he looks absolutely huge and more impressive than he does on stage. Dennis James is alright in contest shape but that pic just blows me away, its my inspiration every day i hit the gym!

    Hopefully it aint photoshopped
