Thread: More Test?

i'm running 1.5cc's a week of test cyp 250. so 375mg a week. i'm not seeing a whole lot of gains, maybe 5 pounds in 5 weeks, and nothing really in strength. would it be beneficial to take my dose up to 500 or 625mg a week? i only want my cycle to be from 12-14 weeks total, so would me starting a higher dose this late in the cycle be pointless? or will it kick in with the rest of the test right away?

up it to 500mg wk. you can still benefit from it. your not that late in your cycle bro

you can, but more importantly, how is your diet??? are you eating a sufficient amount of calories???

i've had my diet critiqued before, i would say i am a little low on calories though, i just started a new job and have been trying to adjust and find times to eat during it. but it's not an excuse. i've been gettin' more in me lately. but my main issue is the strength... my gains have been about the same as before my cycle. which isnt all that much.
also considering adding deca . or is this just a stupid idea?

up the test and up your calories and protien intake. i m still fairly new to this so i can't really comment on adding deca . maybe someone more enlightened than i will see this and address that... good luck though
