Cycle help Suggestion.. heres what i have

with summer right around the corner.. im looking to beef up a bit, gain possibly 10lbs or so.. but at the same time i wanna shred up, my stats now are im 5'10, about 210 bf%12-14
i have 30 shots of anatest - t prop 100mg/ml
30 shots of winstrol-v 50mg/ml
10 shots of winstrol made by denkall - 100mg ml
and im wondering what to throw in with this cycle to tweak itup? i have access to deca and eq
my initial plan was to stack t prop 100mg eod
with 50mg winstrol per day, then when get to the 100mg/m shots goto 100mg eod
any suggestions?

No i have been off and on steroids now for about 2 1/2 years
past cycles have inculded
sust250, 750mg w/k 10 wks
wk 1-4 40mg dbol per day


Test 400 3x per week13 wks
deca 500mg per week12wks


Finabolan, 70mg 3x per week 8 wks
winstrol 50mg eod8 wks
and a few other small cycles too i have done i cant remember now they were a few years go.. i think i did prop and winstrol cycle once too but it was only for 5 weeks i didnt end up finishing it as i broke my hand and had to take time off training

i have also done prop and eq together as well
that was a 10 week cycle
with 450mg eq week
and t prop eod

My first suggestion is that you get more test.

in total you've only

3 grams of test..at 100mg ED(how i'd advise you use it) that's only 30 days...not enough for a cycle.

i have access to more test if i need which i figured i would
but what should i stack this cycle with for optimal results
test and win is what i have now, should i throw in eq ? or so deca? :scratch:
or any other suggestions and what doses?
also this will be my first time doing test in 6 months

Go with all 3 compounds test prop, EQ, and winny I love that cycle for cutting up. You could do 150mg EOD test Prop, 500mg EQ/week and at the end 50mg winny ED.

by the way I am doing something very simmilar to what I posted only I am starting with D-bol and will end with tren and anavar but I love the EQ/test prop mix. Im already getting good results and compliments im ony 2 and 1/2 weeks into it.

i dont have access to eq... so im thinking about taking deca with the prop

should i run winny throughout the cycle?
i know most ppl run it at the end but i thinki i may run it through

how long is your cycle going to be? I wouldnt run winny more than 6 weeks because its so hard on your liver but if you do take alot of milk thistle.

i plan to run the cycle for a total of 10 weeks
maybe 8

its just a cut cycle.. u think the deca will benefit me at all?
