DIet on cycle
I was wondering if the 40/20/40 rule should be followed off cycle and on cycle. I know to increase my cals when tyring to gain but if I am on cycle do I need to adjust the ratio.

I am just starting to get control of my diet. Before my ratio was more like 25/30/50
I am currently 190 lbs, 6 ft and getting about 4000 cals a day. Starting cycle of d bol, sustanon 250 and EQ with winstrol at the end.

I'd check out the bulking sticky here: http://forums.steroid.com/read-here-first/113010-unoffical-how-bulk-thread-sample-diet.html . The ratios of nutrients you need really depend on individual needs. Some do better with more fat, while others prefer carbs. You'll have to experiment.
