dude thermogain is fvcked up, if u read the label it contains caffine thats the equivalent of like 7.5 cups of coffee if u take the 9 pills a day like it says, i took 3 pills one day at 3 oclock and couldn't sleep until 2 that morning, i'll never take that sh!t again good luck with it bro.
