Going to be the first time taking steriods..need some more info
im 20 yrs old, im 5'10 215..i play college football..i work out 5 times a week and try to do cardio at least 3 times a week...im satisfied with my size but not with the hardness and definition of my muscles...i am really interested in trying EQUIPOISE by itself and not mixing it with anything else like winny or deca ...i was thinking about doing this because im trying to limit any kind of side effects and since im just starting off i wanted to start small also..if anyone could give me any info on this it would really help..thanks alot

you workout 5 times a day?! and EQ alone at a low dose will give you hardly any effects. What side effects are you worried about?

I honestly think he is too young to start up, still lots of time to grow naturally with a good diet. But if you insist I would strongly urge you to use Testosterone with it. Before you do it, get your diet checked in the diet forum so you know that is good to go. Without that your just wasting time with juice.

For football, I always reccomend prop/var cycles. EQ is testable for too long.

hey well i play for a junior college right now and we dont do any testing there so thats not an issue..the only reason im going more for eq is because someone said it was good and not alot of people i know really know that much about steriods so i went with his opinion not having heard others..thats why im posting...

why would you have done it differently???was there something wrong with eq or what??i dont get what your saying?are you saying there is better stuff then eq??i just want to start small so i dont have to deal with side effects.

for a first timer, run test. if you want more definition drop your body fat with diet and cardio. when you get there, turn around and bulk and then cut later. i would say stay away from EQ only cycle.
