Acne, What to do about it and prevention?

Greeting fellas, 1st. time taking sustanon250, Breaking out with the Acne. What do you all suggest I take, or do to minimize the break out.

How often do you inject the sust? Salicylic acid treatments, dawn dish soap, tanning, showers after any serious physical activity, etc. if you are injecting less than every other day, that is your problem.

oxicute them..if dont work..and you stay next to a beach..go swimming in salt water for a couple of hrs and then let yourself sundry for the next 2 hrs and dont wash it off till then..i always clear up when i go to the beach and swimm.

Try propecia. sounds crazy but i think it will help with juice acne. you can buy it very cheeply in liquid form (5mg/ml - 1/5 a ml a day.)

my acne actually got really bad for the first 3 weeks then after my body started getting use to the test it went away, plus i started tanning so that helped to especially when i got burnt dried me up like a prun not the safest way but it works

thats your problem, you need to shoot sust EOD in order for your test levels to stay constant.

eh you should still be ok. its not the end of the world taking sust once a week. the main problem i see is that its only 6 weeks... i personally would run it more like every other day, or every 3 days, but to each his own. i know alot of bros with good results for a first time cycle once a week sust. but with that being said, if your doing once a week shots, your better off with test E or test cyp

After reading replies, I'm going to change from once a week to twice a week. Thanks for the suggestion. Should I go 6 weeks or 10 weeks.

yes it is with sust. once a week or even twice a week injections will not keep blood levels stable thus causing greater sides such as acne, water retention, and high BP. EOD is best with sust it will keep sides to a minium and cause greater gains.

No I do not have PCT. Would you please explain, I am open for you advise and suggestions. First timer, not knowing what I'm doing, Have nolvadex 20mg.and clen 0.02mg. tablets. Help!

man shit I know what you are going through I have been there and am there right now. all you can do is
1) get accutane
2) use some over the counter face treatment and body wash and hope for the best.

I tell you what worked for me was...Get some dove bar soap.. and right before you get done with the shower turn the water to as cold as you can stand it..(it closes your pores) it works for me...good luck

First thing is you dont use Sust. Sust is the worst for acne. And another thing I found that has helped me keep acne on the low is when I pyramid my cycle. When I dont pyramid then I break out severely. When I did pyramid I barely get a zit.
Make sure you are following the correct schedule when doing your shots. Sust/EOD, EnthCyp/twice week, Prop ED or EOD. and make sure your test levels are all back to normal before doing another cycle.
