Has ur mail ever been lost?! (domestic source)

Ok here's wt happened i ordered some stuff from my source (domestic), it was shipped on thursday and since saturday when i put the delivery conf # i get that it arrived in CA and a notice was left! but it was supposed to go to OR!
Any idea on what might have caused this? I'm sure the address was written correctly and the source is reliable!

I really need to figure this out, any ideas guys?
