U Guys Think Im Ready or what?
ive got a good diet and i know what body parts need a beatin in the old juggling game. im gonna do a 500mg enathate cycle with nolva and pct yada yada yada.... so what you guys think ?
p.s. the first pic ya have to scroll over a bit....

Bro, Thats perfect, if you stick to that and dont add anything you'll grow like a motherf*****, Just make sure you do your pct. You have a solid foundation to work with, you have the ability to get ripped!

Teste 500 mg a week, with eq up to 600 mg. a week is a good starter cycle and of course your pct.

The eq should help you harden up some and some say help with some water retention, dont just take my advice though, do more research and find out what gear for what you want to accomplish!

wont taking the nolva throughout the cycle give a slight effect of adding a cutter just from the reduced water retention? is the cutter really worth it for the first time ?

ya know i really dont even do isolation exercise for my traps.... i mostly do them secondary to other muscles.

if i was to run the prop for 10 weeks ( for an avarage cycle ) or short @ like 8 weeks would like 75 mg be a good number to go with or like 50? or just forget it for my first cycle?

if you use prop might as well go 75 mg but then you would need everyday shots.. i would just stick with the enath... also keep in mind the whole nolva thing, i was reading an interesting post how it negates some of the AS properties. And it should only be used if needed, which you won;t know unless you don;t use it. I guess i see the logic behind this mind set, but i would much rather prevent anything from happening as opposed to counteracting it...

im 23 , and those pics were taken yesterday @ 187 lbs. not the biggest that i have been, ive been up to like 194 but my bf was like 10%. im currently 8.3% (cold)

Esone, not talking sh1t on you, bro but you gotta put more efforts
on your chest and lats to bring a appearence but you've got the base
I don't know if this will happen to you but with that big traps you will
probably find difficult to develope some big lower chest, maybe I'm

Week 1-10 Test Enan 500mg EW (250mg of Mon. 250mg on Thurs)
Week 1-10 Nolva 10mg ED
Week 1-10 L dex .25mg ED
PCT - 2 weeks after last test injection.
No need to add anything else for a first cycle. Make sure you eat 4000+ clean calories and try to eat up to 2.0g of protein per body weight!!!

throughout my research i found a number of u guys say to front load the first shot @ 500 so that by the next one theres still 250 left active 3 days later.... thus the following shot makes your body stay at the 500. right? just like "MIKE XXL" in his frontloading thread:
Now progression with “Double Dose” front loading:
Day 1 – 500mg
Day 7 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 14 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 21 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
so y do you think that i shouldnt front load? or should i even be listening to that comment?

yeah Im with u on that last post esone - front load if using long acting esters only tho - Prop is fast acting and u dont need to front load that apparently

I am on a 12 week Test C cycle.
I read tons about frontloading and in the end decided to frontload.
I doubled the dosage on the first 3 injections. As opposed to 5 weeks prior to the Test kicking in, I felt it easily in the third week.
If I had to do it all over again, I would definately frontload.
Having said all of that, my experience with potential sides so far has been nominal.....with the exception of a 24 hour boner!

I think you look ready, you have a good cycle layed out too... You are shooting 500mg per week so your frontload should be both shots in that first week. You could add a bit of dbol like 30-35mg and that would be ok too. I would run the nolva at 10mg throughout even if it hinders a pound or two to make sure you do not have tits. As for your lower chest... Decline and cable flies, just train the weeker parts harder and first.

off topic....my decline sets go like this : 225-10, 250-10, 275-8, 315-4, 315-4. and i dip 4 plates for reps? y am i lackin lower chest?
