    pissed can i still go

    i went to wieght training today but only got 2 1/2 exercises done 3 sets of barbell curls 3 sets of dumbell preachers and 2 sets of standing dumbbell curls, iwas going later to do my chest can i finsh my arm work out or should i wait.. i am currently on AS thanks

    that is more than i usually do for biceps in a week and my arms are 19" cold so you will be ok
    this could actually shock into growth less is some times better

    You will be fine, it is good to switch up your workouts, especially if you are running short on time.

    Ditto on the less is more I do not have 19" arms as of yet
