I just had surgery on my shoulder like 3-4 months ago and I am currently on a cycle. Is it smart? Prolly not but its what I am doing. Are you 100% recovered? I think if the doc gives you the ok to lift and everything is good go for it.

well ive been back in the gym for about 4 months now since the fracture and i do feel pain of course but i still am able to lift 5 times a week..i play football too so i just dont want my shoulder to be even more messed up when the season starts by taking steriods ..
