Hey bros...I have a buddy at the gym who says pyramiding Deca and Test is better for PCT time in the long run. I think he runs something like 300 test and 200 Deca the first two weeks, peaks out at 500 test and 400 deca by week 6, then by the 10th or 11th week is down to 200 test and 100 deca. Is this easier on the system and make PCT easier? Any thoughts on affect on gains?
