has lost 15 pds stopped my sus cycle im down to 230 sweet from 260 i have kept protein high and carbs low and am getting shredded . cardio 1 hr everyday and diet has been so strict unreal i wanna thank everyone here for educating me on how to lose weight and turned me into a player. now the monkey is getting laid right lift and center . Anyways now if i only had the body im my gym buddy the guy is shredded i plan to look like him it will be hard. No more cycle im doing it naturally diet and cardio and get bodyfat down to 200.

question i had is i have sus and winny left i will use later . anyways i was 250 at 22 percent bodyfat now i am at 230 so what is my bodyfat now im 6 1 feet tall and i have lost some muscle but not whole lot i have kept protein high my abs are visible alittle now what would i have to be to get down to 5 percent or 8 percent bodyfat or 10 percent help . thanks i wanna get shredded like get a lean face my face is already lean a abit of double chin but overall the fat is gone thanks.

5% bf is sicly comp percentage. 8% isnt likely anytime soon, especially maintainable if you are naturally more of an endomorph. You would be happy with a healthy 14-15bf level i believe Great to see things going well, and glad to hear from you saluu

Depends, if you lost all muscle then your bf% is actually higher...u need to get yourself clipered at the least. # of lbs lost doe NOT equal a certain %bf lost.

if you went from 250 at 22% and now are 230lb then your BF% is 16% (I calculated in a 5lb muscle loss)
