A friend of mine rekons you can use too much gear. He is 22 stone (18 stne quality) and rekons he has only ever used a maximum 2 sust and deca a week. He thinks you should keep dosages low and you'll get better results.

I think Ronnie Coleman would disagree.
depends on your cycle history..like getting high...back in the day you could get stoned easily of a few hits of chronic..nowerdays you need the whole bowl to feel almost as high as you used to get
I agree but roids are a little different in that the sides of high dosages might really cause bad sides in some but not others.
