anyone had any surgury on an extremity ? and if so has gear effected that spot at all due to increased blood pressure? increased swelling, pain, numbness? the reason i ask is because i get swelling in my arm sometimes when i do forearms. i had my wrist put completely put back togather after a " huge window somehow smashed over my fist...." believe it or not i have full function of that area. but the only thing is that it swells every now and then. hunderds if tiny stiches and 60 staples later my surgen said its fine to do heavy training and its beed mint for 2 years.
