    Week 3 results...

    I dragged myself into the gym tonight to start my 4th week. To my suprise I weighed in at 255lbs. More than I ever have. So that makes 13lbs in 3 weeks. I feel myself ballooning up like mad with my 400mg/wk TT200 & 400mg/wk TK Eq. All in all im happy aside from this god aweful water bloat. I gotta hit my diet a bit more....cut some cals out. Anyway...I just wanted to post my week 3 results for anyone who cared to hear about it.---The bloated Goat

    hey dude if you are trying to bulk dont cut the cals... up the protein, keep the carbs high and just drink more water... deal with the "fat" issue after the cycle... that is if you are trying to bulk... good luck...
