pre-cycle pic posted...suggestions ?
here is the only decent pic I could get before the batteries died in my camera. I plan on running cyp or prop for 12 weeks, deca for 10 weeks, and tren for 8 weeks...does this sound something close to right ?
Could I have some suggestion on dosages ? I guess I am going to run the tren @ 75mg/ED, if that's best ? I have taken a couple other cycles.
Stats are 6'3", 210lbs. Diet: I try to eat clean as possible, like to try to get in about 4000 cal's a day, but it doesn't always happen with work and school, I eat alot of tuna, chicken, steaks, pasta, rice, oatmeal...going to get some flax oil...and of course protein and creatine.
Probably going to do like 15 mins of cardio each day before lifting...is this wise ?
And I will have some clomid, any info on arimdex and nolvadex ...do i need all of them, or just two of them ?
Now please give me some feedback !!! I usually don't get answered...

Just being honest not an ahole, you should train more and build a better foundation. Get all the natural gains you can( I think you can get much more naturally) then in a year or two try a cycleJMO

Ok now I see, well almost, it is really blurry. What did you other cycles consist of and if you have done them correctly then you should know about PCT. My sugestion is to plan out your cycle and put it on here for some guys to critique.

If u want honesty, your chest could use
s good amount of work. Gain what U can
as advised would be your best route.
You look skinny for 6'3" 210...IMO

I just try to eat about 6 or 7 meals a day... I keep it as close to 40:40:20 as I can.
Mornings: I usually have about 5 egg whites, and 1 1/2 cups oatmeal and whatever else .
Mid-mornings: Usually make a protein/creatine shake, with double the protein.
Lunch: Try to get couple chicken breats and some pasta wherever I go to eat, and I eat as much as possible. And I take two cans of tuna with two scoops of mayo to work with me.
few more meals and snacks after that that consist of mainly the same things, or course some is different. I just try to eat as much as possible all day, I don't ever let myself get hungry.

Yea I know, that's what I want is honosty. I am a good bit bigger than I look in the pic. I just can't get a good pic, the further away, the skinnier I look. I was at 225lbs...but i lost alot bc of partying too much.

Look at this way, I was the complete opposite
2 years ago. 5'10" just over 230. I dropped the
sh!t in about 2 years, and started the gear 4 weeks
ago. I didnt want to wait, but for me it was best.
I dropped to 165 with diet, back up to ~190, then gear
Diet was my friend...food should be yours
