    Injured first week of PCT

I bashed up my pinky pretty good the other day, I know that sounds like a pussy accident lol but it hurts like hell and I really cant lift. It is unfortunately my first week of PCT....if my diet is perfect is it alright to take this week off and resume next week? I feel like I'm gonna lose so much muscle...

i would think that even though continuing to lift is a big part of keeping the gains, getting your test levels back to normal is just as important... so concentrate on diet and keep taking whatever u have chosen for pct... jmo

Do what you can, but a week off shouldn't effect you too much at all. Just don't make the injury worse than it already is.
