    Clen/T3...Sorry, but Yet Another

    I dread adding one more thread to this mass on this topic. However, there are so many threads it becomes difficult to some degree to find information. Information overload if you know what I mean. I realize cardio and diet are first and foremost in shedding bodyfat. I also understand that a target fat loss is roughly around 1.5 - 2 lbs per week if diet is right and cardio is regular.

    If one were to introduce Clen and T3 into the mix, what would be the target drop in bodyweight. Again assuming diet and cardio are optimal and currently using Test to preserve muscle.

    Is the increase 10%? 15%? or more.

    Anyone with experience or knowledge.

    Off to inject!

    Well....since not many people have even looked
    at this thread for reasons U describe...
    U probably read my story, since I reply to alot
    of these clen /T3 threads...but lately WOW...

    I dont have the answer you want, but I think
    it would be hard to round it down to certain number,
    especially for body fat. To be honest here...
    I've been running the clen/T3/Test@400 wk for
    a month.And my body weight has not changed,I started
    the clen for three prior to T3/Test, so seven weks on clen,
    four weeks into the cycle...and showing change daily.
    So for me, Im adding lean mass, while dropping some fat.
    So to give a percentage, would be tough...I look different
    daily, but weight is hovering....for now...
    If someone knows,I would be interested. So, this
    is also a []BUMP[/i]......or something

    I am doing a Test C@500 mgs per week. I will be adding Var into the mix at around week 7. However, I would not mind dropping a bit more bodyfat...even at the expense of a few lbs of additional lean mass gains.

    Therefore, was thinking of trying CLEN and T3. I guess I was just trying to figure out numerically how much of an advantage this combo gave a person.

    It is good to see that you are have good results from your cycle. I would love to stay at my current weight and drop some bf%.

    U can, but it takes proper planning for sure.

    If it were me...and your on Test. I would not
    worry so much about that. I would worry about
    proper dosage, and monitoring the sides...IMHO

    My BP on clen ...lucky for me, is not a problem,
    and I run 120mcg/day. My pulse...is another story.
    Start low, learn your tolerance to clen, and read hookers
    profiles....if U havent....by now sometimes I re-read
    Bro, worry about taking it right, eating right,
    and the look U want will come....guaranteed!

    I have used Clen and found that at 100mcgs, no problem, no real sides to speak of.

    I have read Hookers profiles and done the research on the Thyroid PCT.

    I agree on the importance of the diet.

    I do need you and your responses.

    One point of Clarity SS1476....you say you see daily body changes, did this start when you introduced the T3 or did it start with the Clen only?

    Also, what BF% did you start at?

    I was only kiddin'

    With the clen for sure. But rememer that
    I have been dieting strict for over a year loosing
    weight. The clen gave me a kick, and the T3 helps
    my slow metabolism. Not to mention Test is also
    a fat burner in its own way. So, Im very happy,
    But I make sure the protein is high....

    As for BF start...I cant give you an honest answer.
    But Im ~15 now, and was probably double that at one time.
