    Creatine to keep gains

    i have read that taking creatine after a steroid cycle can help to keep your gains is this true???

    Honestly, Creatine is probably the best OTC Supplement out there.. it actually works pretty well.. and I think it's a great idea to add it to any PCT protocal or even to just take all year round... Creatine is great!

    Taking it During PCT, it will help keep weight gains and strength gains post cycle

    I think it good to take it all year round... But definitly add it in during PCT
