    about how long should you wait in between cycles....?

    we all give that advise but u tell me one over 250lbs bodybuilder that really uses that rule.

    ALmost everyone uses this method.... just depends... how many shows, guest appearances, amd photo shoots are you doing this year that you would not have to follow this rule. Not being a dick here. Most people take time off their cycles while others risk their health by staying on damn near year round.

    Instead of randomly saying time on = time off, I prefer to say that you can go back on once your HPTA values and blood lipids, etc...are within normal or acceptable ranges. That could take 1/2 of the time you were on, or 4x as long.
