b12 1000mcg is daily is supposed to help with eating more, but I didnt notice any results until I injected it.
gaining weight isnt easy for me either, but if you are eating enough and training hard you probably are gaining weight, just slowly which is harder to notice.
btw - how much protien, and how many calories.. give us an idea

whats your training like? how old are you?
by the sounds of it your eating good enough..
my guess is that if your like me, your gaining just slower than you want to be gaining. if you contiunued you'll keep adding to your base and eventialy when your ready (IF YOU WANT TO) you'll beable to use steroids .

spread the protein intake out more so you are consuming every two hours, if you arent growing make your workouts more intense unless you are killing yourself now, up good calories a little more and get plenty of sleep

decrease cardio a bit if your trying to grow or bulk up.
maybe have a weight gainer in the morning for a bit of extra calories. workout a muscle group once a week approx.

If you are trying to gain weight, and your metabolism is naturally fast, you need to slow it down, increase your calories per meal, eat every four hours four times a day, whenever you increase the frequency of your meal ie every hour or two, your metabolism is forced to speed up. also decrease cardio and add alttle more fat to your diet. good luck growing

I agree with Dr derek..as i have a sky high metabolism..same goes for people trying to burn fat..decreasing ur meals means slowing down your metabolism thus making you burn fat slower...i try for 4 maybe 5 meals to see my best results
