if you havent cycled before, i would recommend you not take any of it, and see if you're prone to these symptoms......

YEs you can take both of them together to combat bloat and or gyno symptoms if you're prone to it.
i take .25mg Dex ED + 40mg Nolva ED on all my cycles. works like a charm.
