My First cycle (dynabol + sus 250)

Hi there.

I just want some advice on my first cycle.

I have done some d-dols before, but nthing major.

Now I have decided to step it up a bit.

I am thinking of taking 60mg per day of the d- bols (i have the 10mg tabs)
and 2 amps of sus 250 a week (one on monday an one on thursday)

I will be running through 200 10mg dbols and 12amps of sus 250

What do you uys think?

should I use a anti estrogen afterwards?

"EOD"?

I'm new to the game....what does that mean?

means every other day, and split the d/bol into 4 doses taken throughout the day, 40mg/day would be enough d/bol for 4 weeks

Thats only enough sust for a 6 week cycle. No where near long enough. You need to run it for at least 10-12 weeks

Would it also work if I only took 1 amp a week to stretch it out to 12 weeks?

For my first cycle I did once a week of sus and the sides were bad. You need to do it more often than once a week to keep it level.
